Vancouver Island Voters Association Membership Pledge

The purposes of the Society are to:
a) promote citizen engagement, education and participation in democratic
electoral processes on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada;
b) support citizen-led development of, and participation in, local political
organizations, including:
I. Municipal Elector Organizations
II. Provincial Constituency Associations
III. Federal Electoral District Associations; and
c) advance democratic values and individual rights, freedoms and
responsibilities among citizens and residents of Vancouver Island; and
d) manifest the principles of respect, honesty, reason and logic.

I do hereby pledge to uphold the purposes of Vancouver Island Voters Association for so long as I remain a member  in good standing.
